In order to deliver and administer the Program, and by using our websites and modules or by providing any Personal Data to Oracle Athletic Science, I acknowledge and agree that Oracle Athletic Science may transfer, store and process such Personal Data how it does so choose. Oracle Athletic Science may share my information in the following ways: (a) to comply with applicable laws or any judicial or regulatory request (including, without limitation, to comply with any subpoenas or court orders), (b) to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims related to this Agreement, (c) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding actual or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activities and/or brand protection matters (such as use of Oracle Athletic Science’s trademark without a license), and/or (d) situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person. Oracle Athletic Science (i) may, at its sole discretion or (ii) will, as required by applicable law, notify me as to what information has been provided to relevant third parties.
